If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or weighed down by past experiences, your next step doesn’t have to be big or frightening.
A Discovery Call is simply a calm, grounded conversation where you can explore whether this kind of gentle trauma work feels right for you.
No pressure.
No commitment.
No need to explain everything.
Just a soft, steady first step.

This is a 30-minute, confidential conversation (usually on Zoom) where we explore:
It is not therapy.
It is not a retelling of your trauma.
It is not a sales call.
It is simply two humans connecting, with full respect for your pace, your boundaries, and your nervous system.

Many traumatised clients fear:
This call is deliberately designed to be the opposite.
You are welcome to show up exactly as you are — unsure, emotional, hopeful, guarded, curious, or exhausted.
Nothing you bring will ever be “wrong.”
"I had a session with Sue that was truly transformational. My challenge was being hesitant to be "seen" or putting myself out there. I was sabotaging myself in subtle ways that were masked as procrastination and perfectionism. Sue subtly and gently worked with my unconscious mind to tease out the true root and lead me to a resourceful mindset. I highly recommend working with Sue for lasting change. " Jane G, U.S.A
So business difficulties are often nervous system difficulties in disguise.
Everything I do is grounded in creating emotional, physical and nervous-system safety.
Most people feel calmer within minutes of talking with me.
Talking in detail can be overwhelming.
My methods allow healing to happen without forcing you to revisit the original event.
I’ve gone through multiple injuries, surgeries, long-term chronic pain, significant loss, and the emotional weight that follows.
Combined with years of specialised training, this gives me both empathy and expertise.
That word comes up again and again.
The work gently reduces emotional intensity, helping you feel more grounded, regulated and yourself.
You remain in control at all times.
There is no pushing, no pressure, and no expectation to be any different than you are.
Many clients come to me after talk therapy or other approaches that felt too intense.
They discover that change can happen through softness, not struggle.
My personal journey shaped the practitioner I’ve become.
I know how heavy trauma feels — and I know how freeing it is when the nervous system begins to truly heal.
If we’re a good fit, I’ll outline what working together could look like.
If not, I’ll offer suggestions or signpost you elsewhere.
Either way, you will leave the call with more clarity than you started with.
This call is for you if you’re experiencing:
You do not need to feel “ready.”
You just need to feel willing to explore support gently.
Healing doesn’t begin with a big leap. It begins with one grounded, compassionate conversation.
You’re welcome, exactly as you are.

No. You can share as much or as little as you want.
Many people prefer not to talk about their trauma at all, and that’s absolutely fine.
The call is simply about understanding what you’re experiencing now, and whether my approach feels safe for you.
Most people say they feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded, even if they were nervous beforehand.
You’ll leave with a better sense of what you need and what your next step could be.
If I feel someone else could support you better, I’ll let you know gently and honestly.
I can sometimes recommend alternative approaches or signpost you to suitable practitioners.
There’s never any pressure to continue.
No.
It’s a short, gentle conversation, not a therapeutic session.
Its purpose is to help you feel safe, informed and supported as you decide what’s right for you.
That’s completely okay.
Emotion is welcome.
You won’t be judged, hurried, or made to feel uncomfortable.
I’ll guide the conversation calmly and kindly, and help you to regulate there and then if that's what you want
I usually work on Zoom, but am open to working on another platform if that suits you better
If the call feels right for you, I’ll explain how to proceed, what to expect, and the options available.
There is never an expectation to sign up immediately.
Then you’re not ready, and that’s perfectly okay.
Sometimes the call itself is the step you needed.
You are welcome to return whenever it feels right to you
You will receive a Zoom link by email. That puts your booking in my diary. If you want to use a different method of communication, then once you select a time, you can tell me then.
